Rick is A1 and second to none Rick went above and beyond his job even before we were pre-approved for our home and I wasn't yet sure if wed qualify he had faith we would, and began to show us properties to get a feel for what we were looking at. My wife and I had spoken to several other Agents and NONE of them came remotely close to Rick. He was sincere and stood by us through the crazy roller coaster process of buying our home, he fought vigorously to get us the home we WANTED, not the the home we can get there is huge difference in the two. He even recommended other Loan companies that offer extraordinary programs! I would recommend Rick to ANYONE AND EVERYONE! Rick Munoz Sr., GRI was really helpful in a very difficult transition. We were moving from several hours away, Rick did his best to make the process a little easier. The morning I got the go-ahead from our lender I called Rick and he set aside the whole next day to take us around and see houses since that was the only day my husband and I could drive down in the foreseeable future. He took us to the houses, gave me handouts for notes and answered all our questions. That night we made two offers and the next morning we were in contract. I was kept up-to-date on each step, each roadblock was navigated well; and despite the fact that the seller's agent was a PITA, we got into the house the week before kids started school, which had been my deadline.

Communicating with me can be difficult because I work overnight shifts but he was always available by text or email, his associates always prompt to return emails. We were able to do mostly everything electronically-which was a huge help. Anything that needed to be scheduled with me there he would go out of his way to be available when I was, since I was splitting time between Fresno and Northern Cali. He was there during the inspections, answering questions and facilitating everything. Always happy, too, always smiling. Thats important when you are making such a huge life change (buying our first house, new career, moving half the state away... It's been a big year for this family haha)

My mom is looking to purchase a property in Fresno in the next year or so. I've already given her Rick's card. I know he'll take good care of her, too. Thanks Rick!
